About The Position
Are you a natural researcher, creative thinker, and talent scout? Our Sourcing Specialist position might be the ideal career for you! This role works closely with our Talent Acquisition team to build the pipelines that fuel Nextep’s growth. From identifying hard-to-find talent to managing our candidate databases, you’ll be the engine that finds the high-caliber professionals our team needs to succeed. About the role: A typical day in the life of our sourcing specialist may include managing our CRM+ATS platform, updating candidate pipelines, and hunting for talent across social media, job boards, and universities. You’ll build the pipeline by proactively sourcing potential hires for future needs, ensuring we always have a pool of qualified industry professionals ready to go. Coordinate with our marketing team to develop targeted recruiting campaigns and manage our referral and alumni processes. You’ll assist with the initial screening process by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens to identify the best fits. Whether you’re strategically placing job ads or attending career fairs, you’ll be the face of Nextep to potential applicants. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations while keeping our ATS and CRM data accurate and up-to-date. Requirements
- You have some related experience as a Sourcing Specialist or Sourcer, with a proven track record of finding talent in a fast-paced environment.
- You have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to present information effectively to managers and candidates alike.
- You are highly self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and top-tier time management skills.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (though a Bachelor’s degree is a plus!).
