About The Position

Become a Field Sales Talent Sourcing Specialist with Agape Care Group Do you thrive on the hunt for top talent, love connecting with high-performing professionals, and get energized by turning passive candidates into future hires? We are looking for a driven and strategic Sourcing Specialist who is passionate about building strong talent pipelines and uncovering the best candidates in the market—especially those who aren’t actively looking. In this role, you will serve as a talent scout and brand ambassador, identifying and engaging top-tier professionals across sales, clinical, and leadership roles within hospice and healthcare organizations. As a key partner to our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in fueling our growth by delivering high-quality, pre-qualified candidate pipelines aligned with our hiring priorities. In this role, you will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach techniques to connect with top talent. You will build and maintain robust pipelines for critical roles, conduct initial candidate screenings, and create meaningful candidate relationships that reflect our mission and values. Your ability to move with urgency, think strategically, and influence top talent will directly impact our organization’s success. You will also partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and leadership to understand workforce needs, support recruiting initiatives, and continuously refine sourcing strategies using data and market insights. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is motivated by results. And just like all of our team members, our Sourcing Specialists benefit from Agape Care Group’s supportive leadership, opportunities for professional development, and a culture that values growth, collaboration, and purpose.
