What this job involves: As a Sourcing Specialist at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in driving procurement excellence while delivering measurable value to our clients. This position focuses on ensuring 100% compliance with all sourcing and procurement procedures, managing vendor relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities through strategic bidding, benchmarking, and negotiations. You'll serve as the commercial liaison between internal service requesters and external suppliers, managing day-to-day relationships while maintaining rigorous adherence to JLL policies and client internal controls. You'll be responsible for processing vendor creation and updates, analyzing and reporting vendor spend, trends and strategy, and executing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs according to client needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in contract management and vendor relationship management
  • Experience with RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes and execution
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement software systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and savings reporting
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (CPSM, CSCP, or similar)
  • Experience in commercial real estate or facilities management industry
  • Knowledge of global sourcing strategies and regional market dynamics
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP procurement modules
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Previous experience working in a matrix organization or consulting environment
  • Track record of achieving measurable cost savings and process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement price agreements with suppliers for spot purchases while following all proper approval procedures
  • Monitor and follow up on deliveries, claims, returns, and exchanges of services and goods as required
  • Serve as the commercial liaison between JLL service requesters and suppliers, managing relationships and resolving day-to-day issues
  • Ensure strict compliance with JLL policies and procedures, local sourcing guidelines, and client internal controls
  • Execute RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs according to specific client requirements and business needs
  • Analize and report vendor spend, trends and strategy
  • Track, report, and deliver hard savings and cost avoidance initiatives for operations on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain comprehensive vendor files in accordance with JLL's contractual policies, procedures, and standards
  • Create and implement innovative saving initiatives through strategic sourcing tools and market analysis
