About The Position
This role involves cross-functional support for contract execution across various teams within the sourcing and category management departments, including Clinical, Development, Research, and G&A. The Sourcing Specialist will manage or support the end-to-end review of Statements of Work (SOW), budgets, and payment schedules, as well as the associated contract development and execution workflow using the Legal Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, Agiloft.
