About The Position
As Sourcing Specialist, you will support and execute sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. You will prioritize your time efficiently between sourcing and screening as you work with our recruiters to understand job specifications creating and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies. The Sourcing Specialists primary responsibility will be to proactively seek potential candidates, accurately capture contact information and sell opportunities to encourage prospects to apply.
