About The Position
As a Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing talent for corporate and investment banking roles (portfolio management, relationship managers, credit managers) and corporate function roles such as risk. You will be managing high volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, ongoing pipelining, mining of talent in Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. This is an opportunity to work on full cycle recruiting for certain roles.
