About The Position

The Recruiter at Lumin Digital is a key contributor to the company’s talent acquisition strategy, responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates while promoting a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, a passion for relationship-building, and strong process execution skills. The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in enabling Lumin’s growth by bringing in high-quality talent aligned with the company’s values and long-term goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS, tech, or startup environment required.
  • Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple open requisitions concurrently.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
  • Familiarity with interviewer enablement, structured interviews, and inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments, from sourcing to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft sourcing strategies, and develop interview plans that reflect team needs and hiring goals.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines, proactively sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean search, and other creative channels.
  • Drive inclusive hiring practices, using equitable sourcing strategies and structured interview methods to attract and assess diverse talent.
  • Leverage recruiting systems and tools such as Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards to manage candidate pipelines, outreach, and communications.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and deliver reporting, providing insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and other key KPIs.
  • Facilitate interviewer training to improve consistency, reduce bias, and ensure a positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and hiring teams to align headcount planning and hiring timelines.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement, supporting recruitment marketing initiatives and candidate nurture strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
