Our Global Recruiting team is looking for a customer-focused, results-driven Sourcing Recruiter to help us attract top technical talent. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leaders to design and execute innovative sourcing strategies that fuel our technical teams’ success. Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting using phone, email, and text outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with CTS/ATS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally supporting roles such as Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electricians, and Engineering Technicians.
  • 1+ years of CTS/ATS experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
  • Strong technical sourcing capabilities using a mix of tools and resources.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in networking and relationship-building, with a creative approach to sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategies, including employer branding, diversity sourcing, and interview management.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

  • Source and engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Communicate insights and progress to recruiting leaders through data-driven reports, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the interview process, ensuring speed, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Optimize processes for efficiency and ROI while keeping candidate and client experience as the top priority.
