About The Position

Recruit neurodivergent candidates for a variety of financial technology positions at a leading global business. Build, develop, and maintain a database that can be quickly accessed to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for quick turn-around for specific roles with the employer in targeted regions of the US. Screen and interview potential neurodivergent candidates to match candidates to the specific qualifications, education, and skills to meet the employer's needs. Interview potential candidates utilizing a combination of formats and methods to maximize the best response. Identify final shortlist of potential candidates for each requisition. Network with potential neurodivergent candidates and sources of talent such as universities and colleges and neurodivergent agencies using various recruitment activities, tools, and platforms. Build and maintain a solid network of talent pipelines from external sources. Provide periodic coaching to potential neurodivergent candidates to adjust their resume for a specific role as needed. Keep up to date with industry terminology, skills, technologies, certifications, and education to match qualified candidates to requisitioned roles. Manage recommended updates for web page, job boards, social media, professional networks, and other talent channels with up to date job postings. Keep current with the latest trends and technologies to effectively source qualified candidates. Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Complete data collection in designated systems thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Documentation may include the use of multiple management systems. Attend and actively participate in required training, professional development, project team and supervision meetings. Attend networking events and activities. Complete regular communication with neurodivergent professionals, stakeholders, supervisor, and project team. Communicate with immediacy to the director any issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven success with technical recruiting.
  • Experience with neurodivergent individuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using various talent solutions.
  • Proficiency in utilizing virtual platforms.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to build a solid network.
  • Advanced proficiency in UKG, ETO, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Ability to be flexible with employed applicants for interviews.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings as needed.
