The Sourcing & Procurement Specialist is responsible for overseeing the procurement lifecycle and contract management processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services. This role plays a critical part in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, risk mitigation, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements. The position requires drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. It also involves ensuring compliance with legal standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a centralized repository of contracts, and monitoring key milestones, renewals, and expirations. The specialist will support functional projects related to standard daily operations, training programs, and crisis management, as well as policy, procedure, and project work as assigned, working directly with the organization’s leadership team. Additionally, the role includes improving the organization's initiatives, developing communication materials for strategic projects, and collaborating with clients and supervisors to identify and prioritize new and existing business initiatives. The specialist will communicate initiative status and feedback to managers, key stakeholders, and senior management, participate in and coordinate the RFP process, lead tasks and projects assigned to coordination staff, build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, facilitate vendor onboarding, collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast procurement needs, identify cost-saving opportunities, assess contractual risks, and ensure procurement activities align with ethical standards and sustainability goals.

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement and contract management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
