About The Position
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sourcing Manager to support Custom Ink's strategic sourcing initiatives. You will be a key player in optimizing supplier relationships, improving sourcing workflows, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and documentation processes. As a Sourcing Manager, you will help ensure Custom Ink delivers exceptional products with speed, accuracy, and consistency. Your contributions to reconciliation, supplier relationships, and process documentation will drive operational excellence and help position the Sourcing Team as a key enabler of growth, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your efforts will also support a more resilient and scalable sourcing function that aligns with Custom Ink's broader business goals.
