About The Position

SUMMARY OF POSITION The Sourcing Manager leads global strategic sourcing activities to optimize total cost of ownership, quality, delivery, and supply continuity. This role builds and manages a competitive, resilient global supply base and positions sourcing as a value-driving function within the enterprise. The Sourcing Manager partners cross-functionally to align sourcing strategies with business objectives, market conditions, and long-term growth initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned) Develop and execute global sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery performance, innovation, and supply continuity. Lead and coordinate global supplier negotiations, ensuring contract terms align to cost, quality, delivery, risk, and continuous improvement objectives. Develop and maintain cost models to ensure total cost of ownership is considered in all sourcing decisions. Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes including supplier qualification, bid analysis, and sourcing recommendations. Manage supplier performance using KPIs, scorecards, and structured business reviews; drive corrective actions as required. Standardize global supplier contracts including pricing mechanisms, cost mitigation clauses, and service level agreements. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales. Support global manufacturing operations by ensuring supplier capability, capacity, quality, and delivery performance. Maintain current knowledge of supplier capabilities, unique offerings, and emerging technologies. Assess and manage global supply risk including capacity, financial health, and geopolitical exposure. Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide clear, data-driven reporting on sourcing performance, savings, risks, and opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contracting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting global manufacturing and supplier networks.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills with a total cost of ownership mindset.
  • Experience leading RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional international travel
