Meta is hiring a Sourcing Manager for Net Zero to join the Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering team. This role will support Supply Chain Net Zero objectives and initiatives, which are critical contributors to Meta’s 2030 Net Zero Commitment. The Sourcing Manager, Net Zero will focus on driving supply chain's net zero strategy including: (1) executive engagement across Supply Chain's critical suppliers, (2) engaging suppliers in the development of emissions reductions activities, (3) ensuring alignment with and support from cross functional partners, and supporting compliant supplier reporting for quality emissions data collection and analysis. We are seeking candidates with experience building collaborative relationships that lead to impact. Also, candidates who thrive on solving complex problems, comparing alternative solutions, and including different points of view to determine a path forward. Lastly, candidates must have experience in GHG reduction including scope 3, supplier engagement to drive sustainability initiatives, and roadmap development in a dynamic tech environment.
