The Sourcing Manager, Marketing and Sales will be responsible for creating sourcing strategies in support of indirect spend categories in support of US and Global Marketing & Sales organizations. The Manager must be well versed in the strategic sourcing discipline and be able to translate that methodology into practical plans for addressing spend, and experience and knowledge of Biotech/Pharma environment would be beneficial. Advanced stakeholder development skills and working well in a team environment will also be integral to success in this role.
