The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing the successful execution of the seasonal source plan to achieve on-time delivery and industry leading quality product. The primary responsibilities include seasonal allocation, maintaining a source matrix document and costing tracker for margin reporting, cost negotiations in coordination with the Bangkok and Honduras PCC's (Product Creation Centers), management of costing and proto review meetings with cross functional teammates as well as Suppliers, and tracking to key calendar milestones and ensuring adherence to dates. This person must be able to work independently, proactively and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
