You will work with strategic business units, engineering and suppliers to negotiate and set category strategy and mutually achievable goals to drive business requirements. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Deliver on KPI’s around cost out, payment terms, risk, contracts, rationalization, and strategy Lead supplier annual negotiations, RFI/RFP execution and work cross functionally on design change ideas Create and execute category strategy for sub-technologies & supply base working with GEHC Component Engineering. Provide Industry Market Intelligence based on analysis of lead indices. Support quality and fulfillment business needs as they arise Ability to work cross functionally on projects, support NPI’s or other initiatives within the business or across global supply chain Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management Minimum 7 years experience in Engineering, Sourcing, Operations or Supply Chain Desired Characteristics Excellent business/financial acumen, ability to act as business partner through horizontal teams with the ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative and effective way. Ability to drive long strategic partnerships with suppliers and demonstrated experience in optimizing supplier base performance- Cost, Cash, Strategy, Quality, Fulfillment, and Contract. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams. Electronic Component Sourcing or Component Engineering experience. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Engineering, Sourcing, Operations or Supply Chain
