We are looking for a Sourcing Intern for our Westbury, NY facility. In this role you will receive hands-on experience in Upstream Sourcing processes, supporting the team in activities such as new supplier identification, RFI/RFQ coordination, quote collection and basic analysis, and documentation support for supplier selection. You will assist in sample order tracking, supplier communication, and data-entry related to vendor changes. The role will also involve supporting risk analysis efforts and learning how sourcing decisions are prioritized based on supply risk. In addition, you will assist with tactical buying tasks for Westbury direct materials, including PO creation, follow-ups, and supplier confirmations under the guidance of the sourcing team.
