Your Opportunity: The Sourcing Cost Excellence Manager, Global Manufactured Components is a strategic and self-directed leader responsible for driving cost efficiency across three core areas: Tariffs , Cost Savings , and Budgeting . This role will champion the transition from "Sub Category Budgeting" to "Parts Level Itemized Budgeting." This role is essential to reducing financial exposure, enhancing sourcing productivity, and ensuring fiscal discipline across the sourcing department. The Cost Manager will also mentor the Cost Analyst and provide guidance to the broader sourcing team. Sponsorship: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Work Location: This role will be based at the Bloomington, MN Toro's International Corporate Headquarters. Fully remote is not available at this time.
