About The Position

The Sourcing and Production Manager for Amazon Music Merch is responsible for driving the ideation and execution of product development and production processes for music merchandise. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Onboard vendors into Amazon systems and processes, determining SLAs and managing day-to-day business relationships.
• Develop production strategies and techniques to scale the business and create strong partnerships.
• Own and build production timelines, sampling processes, and quality assurance.
• Evaluate partners' production standards and practices.
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate proper deliveries to fulfillment centers with logistics teams.
• Perform data entry and track data within various internal tools.
• Execute competitive production market analysis.
