About The Position
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Sourcing Analyst / Sourcing Specialist to support IT procurement initiatives. In this role, candidate will lead vendor sourcing, procurement strategy development, and supplier negotiations for IT-related categories including hardware, software, and services. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, or related)
- 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement sourcing
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience with IT procurement (software/services/hardware)
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay tools (e.g., Ariba)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

- Automotive industry experience
Responsibilities
- Source and identify best-fit vendors for IT procurement needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT categories
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier negotiations
- Manage contracts (NDA, SOW, MSA, SaaS agreements, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units
- Drive cost savings while mitigating risks
- Process purchase orders and support procurement operations
