As a Sourcer or Senior Sourcer, you will support a portfolio of searches that fit your skillset.   • Directly source a rich pipeline of talent for an assigned portfolio of searches
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and Recruiters to develop effective sourcing and outreach strategies
  • Develop insights from targeted sourcing experiments and talent research and use those insights to influence hiring managers and improve the trajectory of your searches
  • Institutionalize and compound our talent strategies, competitive intelligence, and outreach content to make the whole team more effective at sourcing
  • Own the early-stage candidate experience and make it a positive and memorable journey, even for candidates who do not join us
  • Lead various projects and programs to improve and support our sourcing and recruiting efforts overall
  • At least three years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing top talent
  • Track record of making substantial contributions at the team level, including mentorship, process improvement, program management, and contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content
  • Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
  • Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Experience sourcing AI/ML technical talent or experience with financy industry role families
  • Experience sourcing for startups or companies without an established consumer brand
