Requirements
- High school education or GED
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Forklift Certification Required

- Manufacturing experience or training a plus.
Responsibilities
- Starts machine and performs daily checks to detect malfunctions of machine. Reports malfunction to supervisor.
- Performs daily preventive maintenance and simple setups to ensure good operation of machines.
- Perform red rabbits (Camera Verification) after each machine changeover
- Label finished goods
- Prepares product to ship free of mixtures and product defects
- Weigh and check finished goods
- Maintains a safe, clean/sanitized and organized work environment always.
- Performance to comply with all company Procedures, Policies, Work Instructions, knowledge of internal and external requirements.
- Assist in making improvements to the overall business using ITW operating principles.
