About The Position

CGI Federal is seeking a Sorting clerk to support the - Environment & Natural Resources Division (ENRD) in Denver, CO. Hourly rate: $24.34 plus $5.09/hr for Health and Welfare This position is located in 999 18th Street, Suite 370 South Terrace, Denver CO 80202. Your future duties and responsibilities: Perform a variety of Copy, Mail and Records related services on for Department of Justice division. Responsible for providing quality customer service and working effectively in a team environment with other service staff.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of Copy/Scanning, Mailroom, Records Management or File Room experience.
  • Ability to learn and retain a wide variety tasks, and perform those tasks as needed with minimal or no notice.
  • Ability to work different shifts as needed with minimal notice.
  • Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, document scanners and printers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, databases and database software.
  • Good problem solving and skills, attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions explicitly.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform the following physical tasks: Standing, bending and stretching to retrieve files and boxes from shelves.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Climbing short ladders or step stools and keeping balance with or without loaded boxes.
  • Loading, pushing and unloading carts of boxes or files.
  • Candidates will be required to obtain a DOJ MRPT clearance and meet all security requirements.
