About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Packer to join our team and help ensure products are packed and shipped efficiently and safely. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing items for shipment, using hand tools and adhesives to secure packages, and following company safety standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring the accuracy and quality of outgoing shipments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Packer or in a similar role
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and packaging techniques
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label products for shipment or storage
• Adhere to company packaging guidelines to ensure safe delivery of goods
• Identify and remove defective items before shipment
• Use appropriate packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, and padding
• Maintain accurate records of all materials handled in the warehouse
