About The Position

At Caring Transitions of Mocksville & Statesville, we deliver professional, courteous, and seamless services to help families in times of transition. We support relocations, downsizing, online auctions, in-person estate sales, and more! In this role, you will be primarily sorting, organizing, boxing items, moving, packing, unpacking, resettling and adhering to floor plans. This is a great opportunity to earn an extra income while helping others without a consistent work schedule. No specific experience necessary. Must be self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as develop relationships with clients.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation
Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
Access to a smart phone for timekeeping & project management apps
Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
Safely pack/unpack goods
Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
Staging & preparing homes for sale
Interacting with clients, their families, and coworkers
Lifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home
Provide exceptional customer service as you safely pack/unpack and stage/resettle client household items
