About The Position

At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions) , we’re looking for a dedicated OBGYN & Abdomen Sonography Instructor to bring clinical expertise into the classroom and create meaningful learning experiences for students. In this role, you’ll help students build the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on skills they need to succeed in today’s healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (required)
• RDMS certification in ABD and OB/GYN (required)
• Relevant credentials aligned with program concentrations
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time professional sonography experience
• Strong skills in teaching, evaluation, and student guidance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for education and commitment to student success

Responsibilities

• Deliver competency-based instruction aligned with CHCP curriculum and industry standards
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that support student achievement
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive, ongoing feedback
• Foster a learning-centered classroom environment that encourages participation and success
• Provide weekly feedback and academic guidance , including mid-term evaluations
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
• Participate in faculty meetings, campus initiatives, and institutional projects
• Integrate real-world clinical experience into instruction to enhance learning outcomes
