Here’s why you should join the RP / Premier Radiology team: Community presence: 20+ clinics across Nashville Flexible work environment, work/home life balance Competitive compensation and benefits Leading the pack in the development of AI tools and technology resources Opportunities for professional development POSITION SUMMARY: Performs high-quality ultrasound exams using proper techniques, equipment settings, and independent judgment to capture accurate diagnostic images Ensures patient care and safety, including preparation, positioning, communication, and adherence to universal precautions Supports radiologists with image-guided procedures (e.g., paracentesis, thoracentesis, hysterosonograms) Manages workflow and documentation, including RIS/PACS, scheduling coordination, patient communication, and accurate recordkeeping Maintains quality control and compliance, including equipment QA, ACR standards, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) recognized by the American Heart Association
- Current registry by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) (or must be registry-eligible and obtain registry within one year of employment in technologist position)
- Must be registered through ARDMS with AB, OB/GYN and RVT (Practice and State Specific
Responsibilities
