About The Position

The Ultrasound Technologist administers ultrasound procedures to pregnant patients, operates ultrasound equipment, prepares patient rooms, equipment and supplies. Position requires assisting with invasive procedures (amniocentesis), Doppler studies, biophysical profiles, high-detail Level 2 ultrasounds and anatomy surveys. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• One year of current clinical experience preferred
• Graduate or student in an accredited ultrasound/sonography program
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Ultrasound/Sonography preferred
• Proficient with ultrasound equipment and basic patient care equipment
• Registry eligible through ARDMS
• Registered in OB/GYN and Fetal Echo, certified in Nuchal Translucency and Cervical Length
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with McKesson PACS and Epic EMR
