About The Position

Loyola Medicine Transport is based at Loyola University Medical Center and is part of a three-hospital system including Loyola University Medical Center , Gottlieb Memorial Hospital , and MacNeal Hospital . What you’ll do: Under the general supervision of the MFM attending physician, and in accordance with department protocols, the MFM Sonographer utilizes high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques to produce and evaluate ultrasound images and related data which is used by physicians in rendering a medical diagnosis resulting in quality patient care
Requirements
- 1 year of previous related job-related experience required
- Associate degree or equivalent training acquired via work experience or education required
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) required
- CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years of previous related job experience preferred
- AMA approved Sonography program preferred
- Credentialing in specialty OB preferred
Responsibilities
