As a Sonographer II at MercyOne, you will: Perform ultrasound exams including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, small parts, and other related Ultrasound procedures as necessary on scheduled or emergent basis Maintain related records Provide general assistance to the radiologist in interpreting studies Provide technical instruction to students and hospital staff Schedule : Per Diem (PRN)

Requirements

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with two of the following: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer (RMSKS
• Maintains active registry status with ARDMS (30 CME’s every 3 yrs/annual payment)
• 2+ years sonography experience
• Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within six (6) months of hire and every three (3) years thereafter.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire and every two (2) years thereafter
