We are seeking an experienced General Sonographer for a Per Diem position between locations in Acton, Massachusetts, Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and Framingham, Massachusetts who will report to our Clinical Regional Manager. Requirements

• RDMS in Abdominal (Required)
• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Program
• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and physicians
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently
• Providing the highest quality patient care is always top of mind!

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of experience post-RDMS (preferred)
• GE Voluson experience is a plus
• Experience working with Viewpoint reporting software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations according to ordering physician’s requisition
• Collaborate with the physician and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings
• Explain the procedures to patients in a friendly, comforting manner to ensure their understanding
• Uphold safety, privacy, and infection control standards
• Continuing education to stay updated on advancements in sonography techniques
