About the Role: The Sommelier at Bourbon Steak is a passionate and professional beverage expert who leads our wine program while educating and inspiring guests and mentoring the service team. You’ll manage inventory, make expert wine recommendations, and elevate the dining experience with your deep knowledge and attention to detail. This role requires teamwork, adaptability under pressure, and a commitment to staff development in a high-volume fine dining environment.
