Basic Job Function: To create and forge relationships with guests, members, and staff which continues to promote the Sea Island legacy of warm genuine hospitality. Lead and direct members of the service team on day to day operations and organization. Assist in dining and wine service standard training. Provide food and beverage service in an efficient and courteous manner that is in accordance with Forbes 5-Star standards. To be attentive and responsive to guest needs and acts to achieve a pleasant and memorable dining experience while uphold and assure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
