About The Position

The Solutions and Services Executive (SSE) at Lenovo is a client-facing sales role focused on supporting net new sales for healthcare customers across the US. The SSE will nurture and manage customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, orchestrating deals that align with customer needs and leveraging Lenovo's comprehensive offerings in services, hardware, software, and security. This position requires a proven track record in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, and the ability to engage with clients at various levels, including C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of successful solutions and services sales experience, particularly in healthcare.
  • Experience as an IT Services Solutions provider selling multi-year managed services solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Solutions and Device as a Service.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across multiple organizations including sales, finance, service delivery, customers, and business partners to lead all elements of the services sales cycle.
  • Define a framework to manage long-term strategy and forecasting using Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics.
  • Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
  • Work within a dedicated territory/segment in collaboration with the Client Manager to develop and execute account plans and customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop C-level relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers.
  • Display a deep understanding of the end-to-end strategic portfolio, including Digital Workplace Solutions and Device as a Service.
  • Discuss complex solutions and understand customers' business and IT challenges to position appropriate Lenovo solutions.
