About The Position

As a Solutions Sales Specialist for UCaaS and CCaaS Solutions at Verizon, you will play a vital role in helping clients leverage technology to transform their business and improve outcomes. Your responsibilities will include consulting with customers on next-generation collaboration solutions and cloud-based IP communication services. You will work closely with the direct sales team to understand client needs, develop strategic plans, and architect complex solutions that deliver value to enterprise customers. This position requires a consultative selling approach and the ability to build partnerships with clients to drive sales and achieve optimal results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Experience selling and advising on complex technical solutions for large business clients.

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Expertise in Unified Communications and Collaboration products, including cloud-based IP communication services (Cisco HCS, Broadworks, IP trunking, net/video/audio conferencing).
  • Experience selling strategic enterprise solutions encompassing IP Telephony (SIP), VoIP/PBX, IP Consulting, Video Conferencing, Professional Services, or Outsourcing in a commissioned environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting challenging revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with direct sales and account teams to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Consult on Unified Communications and next-generation collaboration solutions, including cloud-based IP communication services.
  • Architect complex solutions and develop strategic plans to help customers realize the benefits of collaboration solutions.
  • Build business cases and assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions.
