About The Position

This role is designed for a highly experienced sales professional with deep expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and financial crime solutions. The Solutions Sales Executive will lead enterprise sales initiatives, develop strategic relationships with clients, and act as a subject-matter expert to drive adoption and revenue growth across the Americas. You will collaborate closely with internal teams—including product, services, and subject matter experts—to identify market trends, align solution offerings, and execute value-based sales strategies. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Success in this role directly impacts the business by expanding market presence, closing high-value deals, and building long-term customer partnerships. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for strategic influence and professional growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in financial crime, AML, or related roles within financial institutions, software vendors, or consulting.
  • Proven success selling or implementing complex enterprise software solutions, ideally for compliance, risk, or AML operations.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and positioning solutions against competitors.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and understanding of revenue recognition.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AML/Fraud products, regulatory compliance, and industry-standard enterprise software solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the AML solutions sales strategy for the Americas, managing pipeline and bookings.
  • Serve as the AML subject-matter expert (SME) for the sales team, customers, and prospects.
  • Partner with internal teams (product, services, SMEs) to identify industry trends and inform sales campaigns.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to shape sales approaches.
  • Deliver value-based presentations and solution demonstrations to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure alignment with revenue recognition standards, and maintain deal integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and successful customer outcomes.
