About The Position

Amdocs is seeking a dynamic and customer-facing Senior Solution Sales Architect to drive growth and shape the future of one of the world's leading communications and technology providers. You'll be at the center of strategic engagements—partnering with client chief architects, influencing technology direction, and positioning Amdocs' portfolio of BSS, OSS, and digital transformation solutions to power next-generation connectivity and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in IT and digital services, including engineering, delivery, and operations leadership.
  • Proven success in customer relationship management and strategic account growth.
  • Experience leading large-scale organizations (500+ people) across geographies and disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of digital business models, experience-led transformation, and agile service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement business objectives aligned with Amdocs Americas regional goals.
  • Identify new opportunities in digital experience, platform engineering, and intelligent automation.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery across engagements using standardized tools, agile methodologies, and data-driven insights.
  • Stay ahead of trends, technologies, and competitive dynamics to anticipate customer needs.
  • Foster inclusive leadership across a matrixed organization, attracting and developing top talent.
  • Create open communication channels and scalable processes to empower a diverse, global team.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and qualified risk-taking to drive continuous improvement.
