About The Position

Jackson Mechanical is seeking an experienced Solutions Representative who can easily navigate the mechanical trade industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, boilers, chillers, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in the mechanical trade industry, with hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, boilers, chillers, or plumbing.
Proven experience in estimating and sales within the industry. Ability to generate and close sales of preventative maintenance contracts.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex mechanical systems and provide accurate estimates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for the industry. Must have a customer-centric approach and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Conduct accurate and detailed estimates for various mechanical trade industry projects.
Leverage your industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to sell preventative maintenance contracts and other services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Research solutions and offer options to clients requesting assistance for renovations, retrofits, and equipment replacement projects.
