Requirements

  • 3–5 years in transportation/logistics operations or solution design, with 1–2 years directly related to transportation planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to extract, manipulate, and visualize data.
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting tools to support business decisions.
  • Understanding of transportation concepts including pricing, carrier selection, service levels, and operational challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (sales, procurement, product, operations).

Nice To Haves

  • Strong communication skills; Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Analysis & Solution Design : Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and industry trends to pinpoint core challenges; design tailored solutions using company offerings, document specifications, and align with client goals to kickstart projects.
  • Project Advancement & Resource Coordination : Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, implementation) to align resources; establish timelines, track progress/quality metrics, resolve issues, and ensure deployments deliver client value and meet business targets.
  • Solution Optimization & Innovation : Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitors; use insights to refine solutions and explore emerging technologies to drive innovation, boost competitiveness, and sustain industry leadership.
  • Customer Relationship & Value Mining : Deepen client partnerships by understanding their operations; identify unmet needs to offer ongoing support and strategic advice. Leverage successful projects to drive renewals/expansions, strengthening relationships and business impact.
  • Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing : Review projects to extract reusable insights, methodologies, and best practices; conduct internal training to share knowledge, enhance team skills in solution development/execution, and fuel organizational growth.
