About The Position
Labcorp is looking for a forward-thinking Solutions Manager, HR Technology with deep expertise in Workday Recruiting and Talent Management and Performance to lead critical enhancements and automation across our HR systems. As our Workday SME, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency by designing and delivering high-impact solutions that empower our HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning our Workday configuration with Labcorp’s People Strategy—transforming ideas into seamless experiences for managers, employees, and candidates alike.
