About The Position

The Solutions Management Director - Product Owner is responsible for leading the planning and implementation of complex products and services across diverse lines of business within Elevance Health. This role involves acting as the product owner for the HealthOS Clinical Data Navigator, working in an Agile environment to define business needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful delivery of clinical data quality monitoring solutions. The director will collaborate with developers and business partners, providing expert consultation and guidance on product utilization and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of Solutions Management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree or professional designation related to the field preferred.
  • Project management experience in a technical environment is strongly preferred.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of products and services for diverse lines of business.
  • Act as the product owner for HealthOS Clinical Data Navigator.
  • Work in an Agile environment to define business needs and prioritize stories.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and define milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the project plan.
  • Collaborate with developers and business partners to build a clinical data quality monitoring platform.
  • Serve as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for operational and technical interactions.
  • Consult with Product Development on enhancements and new clinical solutions based on analytics.
  • Provide consultation to business partners regarding product benefits and analytics.
  • Coordinate data requirements, production schedules, and deliverables with development teams.
  • Analyze business partner data for quality assurance and identify improvement opportunities.
