About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Integration Engineer to own and drive the end-to-end technical implementation of IT projects for new and existing clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and seamless data transfers and migrations, proactively communicating status across teams, and troubleshooting any post-install matters. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and process owner who can translate technical details into clear, actionable information for both internal teams and external clients. This individual will act as the central point of coordination throughout the implementation lifecycle by setting expectations, managing timelines, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Requirements

  • SQL Proficiency: Ability to write queries for data validation, migration, and troubleshooting during implementations.
  • Systems troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic skills to resolve implementation issues quickly
  • SFTP Configuration: Experience setting up secure file transfers and managing data exchange protocols.
  • SSH Key Management: Knowledge of secure authentication setup for system access.
  • Integration Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, middleware, and system integration patterns.
  • Data Migration Expertise: Experience with ETL processes, data mapping, and validation.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, including PHI, with discretion and professionalism.
  • Deliver High-Quality Results: Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and complete work products, ensuring seamless project outcomes.
  • Client-Facing Collaboration: Ability to work in a client-facing role and interact directly with clients.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience in IT implementation, data migration, or related fields.

Nice To Haves

  • Scripting: Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell, is nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Interact directly with clients to understand needs and help provide solutions.
  • Develop and execute data imports, including ETL processes, data mapping, and validation, to ensure accurate data transfer and migration.
  • Organize and maintain files to ensure they are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Manage the secure transfer of files between clients and the company, utilizing SFTP and other protocols, ensuring compliance with PHI regulations.
  • Manage and maintain existing processes while developing new processes as needed.
  • Understands and complies with all company Privacy and Security standards.
  • Configure and manage SFTP connections, ensuring secure file transfer and data exchange between clients and the company.
  • Write SQL queries to validate and troubleshoot data, ensuring accurate and complete data transfer.
  • Develop and implement APIs, middleware, and system integration patterns to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
