As a member of the Professional Services team, we strive to find a team-player and a problem-solver to contribute to the successful implementation of the ServiceMax product suite. We are seeking an ambitious, self-starter with impressive communication skills and technical curiosity to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to support the overall success of the client community. Salesforce knowledge is highly desired in this role however, your key to success is having an aptitude for learning new technologies as you learn how to leverage Salesforce to best creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for the diverse needs of your customer projects. Collaboration is also key, so you will look for ways to share and source best practices, contributing to the overall success of the Professional Services team. If there is a new way to solve a problem that that improves outcomes for clients, you will be the one to identify that solution.
