NHA is a brand in Ascend Learning's healthcare segment. We are searching for a Healthcare Solutions Executive in our NHA business unit. The Healthcare Solutions Executive will be responsible for cultivating new business from Healthcare industry prospects across a U.S.-assigned territory. The Solutions Executive will leverage executive-level skills with consultative and strategic sales techniques to understand the prospects’ complex business needs and recommend dynamic solutions for frontline healthcare teams solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers such as Healthcare CNOs, CHROs, Nurse Educators, Professional Development Directors, etc. Conducting strategic, efficient, and professional telephone, email, webinars, and social media communications to achieve performance metrics is essential and required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record
  • Lead generation expertise
  • Experience background in health sciences, medicine, or education
  • Experience in forecasting revenue and outcomes for a specific region
  • Effective C-level communication
  • Proficiency with creating and delivering effective presentations both virtually and in-person to small and large group audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, GoogleMeet, Zoom, and similar remote conferencing platforms
  • Advanced experience in CRM usage for territory and lead management
  • Up to 25% of travel is expected

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels for lead generation and prospect to identify and engage high potential clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct discovery discussions to identify prospects pain points and position solutions
  • Drive new business and client acquisition, manage marketing leads, negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements
  • Showcase the value proposition and benefits of solutions prospects and hold meetings with prospective client stakeholders
  • Maintain short-term relationships, facilitate early introductions and client hand-off to permanent account ownership
  • Partner with Marketing and category partners to develop targeted lead generation campaigns
  • Be an industry Expert in trends and competitors to engage prospective clients effectively
  • Forecast sales targets, track progress towards meeting and exceeding goals, pipeline efficiency and follow-up
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline
  • Keep accurate CRM records to support prospect management and category alignment
