About The Position

We're seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with Security Expertise to lead our solutions team. This is a critical leadership role combining hands-on backend engineering expertise with proven management skills. You'll serve as the technical and managerial backbone of the team, driving complex projects to completion while mentoring and guiding engineers to achieve their fullest potential. As the technical leader and manager, you'll be responsible for shaping the team's technical vision, ensuring excellence in execution, and fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration.
