As we expand our presence across the Americas, we're seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead our MidâMarket technical sales motion in AMER. You'll partner closely with MidâMarket Sales leadership to qualify and advance opportunities with sophisticated buyers evaluating Notion as a strategic platform, including integrations with existing tech stacks, phased deployments, and security and compliance needs. This role is pivotal to driving technical wins and measurable impact on pipeline and expansion across the region. You and your team will: Partner with AMER MidâMarket Sales leaders and AEs to drive technical wins across the region Build and deliver compelling, scalable technical demos and proofs of concept tailored to midâmarket use cases Advise on integrations, security, and compliance requirements common to midâmarket customers, coordinating internal and thirdâparty resources as needed Document technical considerations, curate product feedback, and contribute to internal knowledge bases Evangelize Notion's platform and AI capabilities and influence our roadmap through clear customer insight
