Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Hands-on experience in web and backend development (JavaScript, Java, Node.js, etc.) and working with REST APIs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and core security concerns in applications.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively.
  • Territory management skills and experience with user journey flows and architecture diagrams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the sales team as the technical and domain expert of a customer-facing sales team to help Enterprise Customers understand the value of solutions.
  • Understand customer challenges and business issues and provide product demonstrations to align our solutions with customer needs.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners, and team members.
  • Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for customers with complex use cases, collaborating with other engineering teams as needed.
  • Provide feedback to product management about enhancements that can address customer needs.
  • Share and learn best practices with other Solutions Engineers to enhance team quality and efficiency.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
  • Lead as a subject matter expert (SME) with various product solutions and competitive knowledge.
