As part of the Kägwerks Mission Solutions team, the Solutions Engineer is the primary pre-sales technical resource supporting customer engagements. This role enables sales opportunities through hands-on technical demonstrations, operational problem-solving, and confident, customer-facing technical consultation. The Solutions Engineer is responsible for demonstrating and validating Kägwerks solutions in real-world environments, often at the edge of what has previously been fielded. Success in this role requires strong technical aptitude, lateral thinking beyond formal documentation, and sound judgement to recommend the right solution for each customer’s operational needs. You will regularly represent Kägwerks independently in front of customers and act as the sales team’s primary technical resource throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
