Milestone Systems is looking for our next colleague within our Global Solutions Engineering team who is tech-savvy, sales-savvy, and customer service-oriented. The Solution Engineer (SE) will support our BriefCam product line while working closely with the Analytics Business Management sales team to increase regional sales in their assigned region, covering the US and Canada, by providing technical sales support to meet potential customer requirements. The ideal candidate must reside within the Eastern Time Zone (preferred); Central Time Zone acceptable. The SE will be responsible for pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical proposal responses, and other tasks as needed. The SE will also be responsible for driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. This person must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You must also be able to identify the technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales and support processes. The individual will also help capture new product features and requirements by being a market-facing technical representative working with end-users, integrators, and technology partners.
