Requirements

  • 4+ years of industry experience working with SaaS-based products; experience in compliance, messaging, or AI technologies is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing activities such as discovery sessions, product demos, or technical workshops.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms, software deployment concepts, and basic project implementation methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish speaking language proficiency is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry certifications in MSFT, AWS, and Google Technologies will be a plus.
  • Spanish speaking language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the technical strategy for customers and prospects by assisting with solution discussions, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with Sales to design and present business and technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Contribute to technical proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and supporting documentation for customer opportunities, including RFI/RFP responses.
  • Participate in customer discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops, applying industry best practices.
  • Act as a technical advisor by mapping customer business needs to the LeapXpert product portfolio.
  • Work with internal Product and Engineering teams to support integrations, configurations, and customer-specific solution requirements.
